He is cool headed, will fire up appropriately when stranger makes threat at me ( staged, of course to test his attitude) obedient, solid nerves and environmentally has absolute confidence.
He has been a city dog his entire life, yet has acted like he lived around livestock his whole life. He is adjacent to our chickens to keep them safe from coyotes, and he took to them like he has always lived with them, even lays against the divider between him and chickens and they gather up next to him. He even let's them reach through and eat any left over kibble pieces in his dish...could not ask for a more ballanced dog.

Nans, I don't know which female I'll keep yet.
I have a young family who own a young male they raised from me who are getting one of these girls. So I need to see what the pups' temperaments are, so I can place the right one with them.
The black and tan girl looks like she is going to resemble Winnie...chissled face and dry. The other two look like Ripper....
New pictures I took while Winnie was outside sunning herself..gave me a chance to change blanket. Winnie is willing to spend a few minutes away from them now.
