Scam Seller Charles Durand UPDATE Proven to Admin - Page 4

Hi Hexe it is not a second name it is her partner that was also scammed. (I was cheated out of money from Charles also) I have contacted admin western rider and I will be sending copies of the file, proof of payment, dialogue shortly.  We did receive most of our funds back from PayPal (who admitted that this client has had other fradulant charges with other clients) but our shipping charges for the dog was never received, as it was sent Western Union $825.00 USD and he has not returned these funds. We have proof for this transaction also which I will include in my email to western rider

Thank you for being diligent with this and I hope once the truth comes out Charles (Chuck) Durand will be banned from this site and he will return all our money

 

I stand corrected, then, and thank you for clearing that up. The admins and the site owner are very determined to weed out scammers and frauds from advertising, so by you supplying them with the documentation, you'll help prevent the cycle from continuing.

I do hope you're able to recoup the remaining monies you're out of pocket for, and have better luck with your next purchases in the future.

I have received proof that the dog Buda was sold to a member from an Ad placed here by Charles Durand.

Durand received full payment for the dog and the dog was received by the new owner September 6, 2017.

Durand continued after this date to run Ads for this dog and then again sold him to member fleetbreeze.

Durand is now banned from this site.

Glad to see the truth of the situation come out. I was willing to give the seller the benefit of the doubt with the PayPal thing, but there's no excuse for selling a dog that's already been sold and delivered, other than stealing other people's monies.

Fleetbreeze and VinnyB, I sincerely hope you're able to get the money you wired to him via Western Union back.

SAme exact thing happened to me! Purchased A pregnant imported female from him. Sent him the money for the dog and shipping, she was supposed to ship the next day. Never heard from him again. His phone goes straight to voicemail, he will not respond to messages, now he has blocked me on Facebook. I have messages and receipts to prove it. Contact me, if this is happened to you as well. Maybe we can join together.

We contacted him about the male Buda on Sept 20th. He stated he was available and ready to send to me. He became very pushy when I asked for 24 hours to think it over and discuss with my husband. We had planned on sending money via PayPal the next day however when he became so insistent I send money that evening yet I became sceptical of the situation. Glad we didn’t follow through. I have all his messages with the dates on them regarding dog Buda. If they would be of any help to anyone scammed by him I will gladly send the info to you.

He has rejoined under the name Idealgsd and continues to “sell” dogs!

Charles Durand is now using pedigree database under the name of idealgsd please people do not buy from him he is scamming a lot of people besides us. You will know it is him from his kennel phone number in his ad and on his facebook page. Two of these people have written me about their stories. Lost their payments.
