Ragnarok, thank you. Otto lives inside, spends the night outside on front porch and front yard as watchdog.
On page two, the young male with Big League I just got back from his owner who had him as a house dog with two little boys and a couple of Boston's. They moved and didn't have facility for the gsd. So now he is outside...two males in the house doesn't work.
The girl Big League is outside and in periodically.
The Anatolians are outside dogs.
I have fed everything from raw chicken backs from the slaughter house ( so not trimmed of fat and organs)
when I had my sled dogs, then ground the backs for gsd because they tend to swallow after one or two chomps..the untrimmed backs weigh one pound each, so choking was a concern.
For the past five years or so, I've been feeding kibble because grinding and freezing the chicken is too time consuming.
CurrentlyI feed Victor high pro plus...very happy with it.
