We were swindled too.  Ours are not allegations, they are truths.  We do have a contract. Seriously, you have a long ass list of people who up until yesterday did not know each other, all alleging the same things.  Coincedence? I don't think so.  But please by all means, keep defending her side of the story.  Proof, yes we have it.  And the proper eyes will see it.  This isn't about my dogs are better than your dog typical drama that goes on with competition.  We've funded this person who has a pretty big damn pot too piss in thanks to all of us who merely wanted to add a good dog to our programs.  If you want to argue with that, then by all means go for it. The facts are stacking up, an those that matter have them and all the proof they need. 

I really haven't defended any one. I am trying to find consistency borne out with proof, to verify the facts. So, take down your defensiveness a notch. Okay?

Yes I traded one dog for another because it wasn't a good fit for us   He wasn't happy and was afraid someone would get hurt I believe NA7 may have him. And our problem won't be fixed until AKC reg papers are in our hand

I am not too worried about much, that is for sure. The thing is, at this point without even a picture of a single defective dog or proof of a contract, all we got is your word. And you are a complete stranger. There has to be something better you can offer besides that.

Is not it miraculous that after a whole year of trying to get to the right persons, it just happened! That is remarkable, as it sounds like he wants to make your losses whole. Why else ask for figures?

We do have contracts Beetree. Also, if it is concerning you call David, the AKC and the SV and you will get the answers you need. Finally, if someone was purchasing a dog that was supposedly well bred with good hips and papers wouldn't that make them a responsible breeder? Either way, we foolishly spent thousands of dollars, $11,500 with Alicia. I listened to her sob stories and even offered to help her. My husband and I offered to take a week off of work when she was sick to drive to TN and help her. I referred her to everyone who wanted a dog. Posting this was very bittersweet but necessary. She is a liar, a their, her dogs are neglected and she has no personal or professional morals in our eyes.

Beetree, I tracked down David personally and asked for his help. I tried to work it out with Alucia for almost an entire yr. At some point you have to do what is necessary for you and I did. He was very accommodating and hopefully it is all going to work out. You don't have to believe us . Feel free to do your own research.
