I don't give a rats ass about the thread....
But I didn't appreciate someone manipulating the board at all.
It's happened before.
It will die when it dies.
There have always been people who want to control the message board, be it the abuse buttton, or just bitching, and then there are those who bump..
I just bumped back.
Relax.

The goal of the bumping ( at least for me and im sure im not the only one) was to get the format of the main page back to normal. Not to manipulate board topics. Thats why the second page round two was created....... so people could continue fighting the good fight ( yes a bit sarcastic)
If by bumping the thread to the next page meant that people would have left the subject alone, ( HIGHLY DOUBTFUL) it just would have been a pleasant bonus.
p.s why do i get all the special attention ( im flattered ) but i was clearly not the only one?

If the page didn't function properly I'm sure Oli would make changes himself.
You made your views clear before more than once.

It is my expressed opinion that that thread is doing next to nothing for anybody. However I understand that a few people posting there have nothing but good intentions in seeing the situation through to a solution. Who am I to try to take that away. I was being sincere in saying that i was really just trying to fix the board.
I have nothing against oli ( he did make an excellent site) I just don't have alot of faith in its monitoring system. heck half the threads here violate the TOS
This forum system is not a venue for personal or private vendetta's. Keep your personal business as just that - personal. This forum is not a venue for the resolution of personal disputes with members or companies.

I'm saying if you keep bumping threads because you want to change the message board your going to see how the board really functions.
It's similar to a Bee Hive.
Participate when you want, things you don't want to participate in skip over.
Post anything you like, ask questions, feel free to express your opinions and share any knowledge you care to share.
Just don't try to change things to suit you because everyone here has their own views and opinions as well.
I've seen this place at it's best and it's worst, the only thing that changes are the names.
One day everyone is fighting, and the next day they can just as quickly come together to support each other, sort of a dysfunctional family thing.
Oh well,
I'm off to see the Wizard,
tomorrow's a new day.
