Love the Scottish accent, and the English, too...Don't know why.  Might go back a little over a hundred years when some of me kin made their way here....

My favorite James Bond is tied between Pierce Brosnan and Sean Connery...Isn't it "Sir" Sean Connery?  I thought I heard he'd been knighted...Or was that someone else?

Sounds like you're doing well, Shelley, keep your chin up.

Yes Crys
He was given a Knighthood, Not so keen on the present James Bond though he has not done much in the two films he has made todate
My accent Crys is like a country yokels so i am told, but i was a bit surprised when the Channel 1 TV over here did a bit about us on the television I never knew i sounded like i did,
One Belgian Woman i met afterwards in a Shop recognized me she said my voice sounded like bells, i still do not know what she meant by that

By the way at around 9 oclock your time this morning Shelley was 100 miles east of Albuquerque she thought a little over 1000 miles to go, so safe journey today

I think sounding like bells was a compliment :-)

1000 miles is still at least two days' driving, isn't it, allowing for rest stops for herself and the dogs?

I reckon all being well it will take her near on  three days She does no faster than 60 to 70 miles an hour in that old Motor and stops regular to excersise the Dogs, better to not push the motor and get there even if it takes a little longer

Steve1,

She can't legally go more than 60 or 70 because...that's the speed limit!   Mind you, in those wide open spaces in the West, even law-abiding folks like me have been known to do 80--there is no other traffic and the roads are straight with no curves, so...    At one time, Montana had no speed limit at all.  That didn't last long, though.  You just can't leave some people to their own devices!

I used to love Sean Connery...until I read where he said it was ok to slap a woman around now and then.  Broke my heart as he is the best James Bond EVER!  Now I'm warming up to the new guy.  I wasn't too keen on a blue eyed blond but he grows on you.

Go Shelley!  You are sooo close.  Don't push it.  Take your time.  Lots of hugs headed your way!

Deb
Look at my Mug Shot I am a blue eyed Blond, probably not tall enough to be James Bond but at one time past could fight even better than he does, and i could do all my own stunts
