I just know all 8 dogs would love Northern CA. No matter how bad they say the ecomony is there, its got to be better than here. At least they don't have to worry about freezing to death if the power goes out there as long as they live below about 2500'.
I can't believe the parent company of the radio station that wants to hire me p/t for $8.00/hr is choking because the background check turned up the fact that my SS# is still in my maiden name. Apparently this could take weeks to straighten out. I had to sign something that gives them permission to dig deep, DEEP into my life, "contact neighbors, friends and associates, personal and professional" , about my "character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living" and consumer agencies about my finincial and credit history. They are now authorized to give my social security number to any/all reporting agencies they care to. Good thing I don't have any credit. Nobody on this earth wants to steal MY identity right now.
Go figure. I feel like I am being raped!
Sure glad I paid that parking ticket from two years ago, ha ha ha.
Yeah... I paid it. And I'll bet they find it too!
I'm glad they think I'm worth spending all that loot to check out.
For $8./hr??? Work from home? No benefits? Not so much as a company car? What the hell would I steal? My own office equipment?
