I passed a street sign this weekend that said "thickly settled," I know what it means, but is it just a New England thing?

These are all pretty funny but I wish you could put those little video's on here that you get in your e-mails sometimes. I have some of those that will make you cry from laughing so hard.Oh well maybe next year.........
