How are they able to adopt the dogs out & send to new homes, when the court put a stay on them going anywhere?

Looks like they put a stay on 6 dogs only, so 33 (!) were DVs dogs.
At least now these 33 dogs are looking into a hopefully better future - the remaining 6 have to wait until legal ownership is proved in court.

so what is going on with this???? Has anyone heard since Frank DeBem ( a friend of the Blanks) took several dogs out of the SPCA. Why were dogs released to people with little or no connection to the case? I am convinced that these dogs were in a bad place but I am not feeling good about the people involved in saving them.

How many is several?

by SitasMom on 16 April 2014 - 02:04

Several of the dog have been placed, without being spay or neutered!
They have been placed with breeders..... it just gets uglier and uglier.

If they are going to breeders are they also getting the registration papers.  Is she being court ordered or somehow forced to turn them over so that others may profit.

Or are the breeders going to get the papers from AKC which is really wrong.

They must be getting papers. One Hunter Haus dog was recently shown in a specialty on the east coast.

the AKC says that the courts will decide who the rightful owners are, so if the spca wins, they can also grant registration to whom ever they want.

AKC Certificate of Registration means nothing  - not proof of ownership, not anyting.

dirty, dirty, dirty...

Yep there's been a couple folks posting on FB with photos of the dogs they "rescued". These new owners are showing the dogs & already have planned breedings in place... a big WTF!!!

I'm all for rehoming those that are in need of it, but there is NO WAY they should be being placed with known breeders that plan on breeding them. It doesn't matter how nice the dogs are or how great their pedigrees are. These dogs were pulled & supposedly adopted out thru the shelter, that mean they should have been altered!

There has been so much under the table dirtyness going on with this from the get go. I hope anyone that has been involved gets their ass handed to them in the end. The few over seas owners still don't have their LEGALLY owned dogs back yet either!

well considering eating their own isn't above the likes of AR people, if people have truely "rescued" these dogs and have recieved AKC papers and are breeding them, I think they should all be outed :) to the AR folks.  Every advertised litter, every show placing every tie back to the "rescue" operation and let them eat their own

I figure everything has it's use, maybe this is why AR people were put on earth?

I'd like to see tangible proof, but I have to say it was my gut feeling from the beginning that something like this was not only inevitable, but planned for.
