MITTELWEST,
Thanks for taking the time to post. You certainly were not obligated to respond or defend yourself to this thread, but in doing so you confirmed what I already thought about you.....

One thing that you may wish to consider is the basis for your BOI complaint. If the complaint is about the placement of the dog, i.e., the judge's decision as arbiter that day, you may be SOL, per the rules. However, if the basis is that the judge himself acted in a manner "prejudicial to the interests of USA" in his capacity as a judge, you may be getting into a "gray area." Actions of a judge as a judge are more appropriately addressed via the Judges Committee. That process is NOT laid out in the bylaws and, while I have not checked the provisions of the Judges Program lately, I don't recall that there is an actual "process." There is, however, NO fee, and, as I recall, no time-line requirements, as with the disciplinary (BOI) procedure.
You might want to review the provisions on judicial conduct in the Judges Program. It is on-line at the USA website.

Shampoo Hair Color doesn't do anything to change the color -- it will not turn light hair to dark. It has no developer and, therefore, is useless as a way of "dying"/"coloring" hair. What it does is make the hair more manageable and brings out the luster in the natural color of the hair for a healthy appearance.
