[sigh] Don't have the time right now! But it's not too different from the AKC - a lot of AKC dogs show in Canada, and vica versa. What's important, though, is just HOW the judges interpret it. The section on temperament, for instance - about the only time a GSD will be shown the gate for a temperament fault is if it tries to bite the judge!

Koots - Thank you, and you are correct! Milla and I are located in Saskatchewan (Saskatoon to be more specific). Training is going well - it is nice to be part of a local Schutzhund club that has an indoor training facility during the cold winter months! I have started her on IPO work, and of course, her coming from a European show-line we are training for the Sieger show/conformation ring/breed survey, which come naturally to her. I have very big goals of titling her.

Yes, Dab, I live in BC and grew up in Vancouver. Do you train with Barry & Cathy? They have been around the sport scene for a long time, but I don't know them nor have met them. Work hard, be innovative in your training approach, learn as much as you can but above all make it fun for you and your dog.
