Durand is a very reliable person and he sure is not really trying ro be fair. Obviously he was just trying to get me to send cash again.

A day is not that long to wait for someone to get back to another person, especially if there are details the first one needs to check on before they can give a definite answer to the other person. A little patience wouldn't hurt.

Ok I have been in the hospital for four days I did respond to this lady she did not offer to come get my dog and pay again.
They demand the money sent me through PayPal I have told PayPal that the deal is cancelled and to release the funds to all parties involved and to close my account.
As of now that has been done. Now if PayPal has not sent the money back I can't fix that. I spent 2 days on phone and now 4 days in hospital over all this stress
You call and press charges with police and yet you want me to deal with you and work it out. I will work it out on court. I have copies of all transactions and I will see you in court lady. One more time. I did not scam you and I am sorry for the way all this happened but it was not my fault and at PayPals advise I will never use them for live animal sale again.
You really need to be careful how you slander people on the internet. You may end op with charges.

He is a scam, dont let him fool you. He is a good one to talk he lied to me from the beginning.

Even worse he now wants me to resend the money for the dog saying he will send the dog again. But this time aend without paypal. So right he alteady got the money from me for flight which he refuses to send me back and he thinks im stupid enough to send them 2500 again and loose that again. I told him i would come and pick dog up but does not consider that a option SCAMMER or theif is what he is.

Charles (Chuck) Durand is a scammer, he stole money from us for the sale of a male dog. Do not believe what he says, he has every excuse in the book, he was sick, in hospital, his house was damaged by the floods in Houston and he had to move in with his sister. he is very good at lying, (he must have lots of experience), he doesn't return phone calls and or texts
He took our money, shipping advance etc, gave us a fake flight no. and the dog never arrived. I have many emails and texts to validate my statements

 

We offered to come to Houston to pick up the said dog and he refused ?????

I have provided proof of this and why did you take $2500 US from us and not send the dog when you said you did and provided us with the flight no. I know why, you are a LIAR, LIAR,LIAR and scammer. So you take on a second user name, fleetbreeze, and repeat your charges verbatim, yet the admin has asked you to provide the documentation they need to act on your complaint and you apparently can't or won't provide it? You should be aware that it's a violation of the terms of service for anyone to create a second user name without direct approval from the administrators.

Hexe I am giving her a couple days slack on the name, I got a different one in the emails also. Does get a little confusing when members use 3-4 names.

I have been provided proof of what Vinny has claimed, she has proposed some very good options to Charles now to see what he has to say.

She is willing to work things out and take the dog after all of this.
