Kountry Sausage Quick Meal
Heat oven to  350*
Use 6 prepared Kountry sausage w jalepenos(brand can be found at Walmart ) Kountry SAUSAGE LINKS....
Spray a pyrex cooking container with PAM/ need lid

Add one can of BOLD  Manwich Sauce
Cover
cook about 20 minutes
Remove from Oven

add 4 or 5 slices of Pepper Jack cheese over top of cooked sausages
cover with lid
Back in oven for 4 minutes

Serve with French Bread slightly toasted

Pea Salad

1 can Leseur Tiny Peas  drained
salt (dash)
Pepper
1 stem celery tiny minced
6 cherub tomatoes
3 tbls  green bell pepper minced
1 thin slice Purple onion minced

1 boiled egg  chopped
1/4 c  Kraft Mayo
 Cheddar cheese   3 chunks chopped up

add all ingredients     chill one hour  

serve with Black Cherries and  favorite Crackers




Bee:  Had to fix this instead of Stuffed tomatoes...did not have enough large tomatoes,
but we are going to town later and will fix that .....

PS Chef Bee! If the Caddy was parked in the garage the bumper and taillight wouldn't have been damaged.

...........NO KIDDING............................................................! I'll be driving the Mazda for a few days when it gets fixed. They found a junk yard tail light and I know he's paying cash under the table to get the bumper replaced. At least I know where the gas cap thingy is, on the Mazda now. Don't want to drive the Caddy the way it is, with my luck I'll be pulled over by a cop and have to hear, "Mam, Do you know why I pulled you over?  Did you know you have a tail light out?" Confused Smile

I still have more tomatoes!

just read this thread...bee if you are grilling steaks...try grilled corn....i will never boil corn again after i had it this way...
leave ears on but peal back and rub mayo or soft butter on corn, sprinkle salt, pepper, old bay spice pull ears (leafs) back on wrap in foil and grill like 15 min on each side ...i start with corn on a grill than add steaks....OMG best corn EVER!

Breschetta

1 Dome Cherub tomatoes  Mashed and drain off liquid
 1 tbs Rice Vinegar
 1/2 tsp Italian Spice
 Dash of Onion Powder
 2  tsps     Basil     freshly chopped or dried
 Sea Salt    dash to taste 
Peppridge Farms Frozen Garlic Bread    slice and prepare in oven as directed 


Blend the
Tomatoes after mashed with Rice Vinegar
add all spices and Mix
Let sit in refrigerator while bread is toasting

Spread Breschetta sauce on each slice
Top with chopped Basil

Carlin:   I had never eaten or fixed Breschetta

I have all kinds of cheese here so I will try it that way too....I am a tomato girl...love them anyway I can get them

my dog friend fixed breschetta for me last month and some  BLACK BEAN TAMALES>..I was shocked that they tasted like a real tamale...we buy them in Tyler at the Grainery....never would try to make them

today on THE Talk...a young cook artist used BLACK BEANS in  BROWNIES???????
