Then you must have received the Pregnant Mother's pedigree and CMKU papers right away??  What about us breeders who don't get those papers to have a starting point for 7 months??  Do you see the difference??   

I agree with CzechDDR. Sometimes it can take 6+ months to get pink papers on a puppy so I'd assume it would take longer for a bitch imported in whelp.

so, here is some info and timeframe

I agreed with sacha to send two payments , first 1500 and another 1000  later

feb 12 payed 1500
feb 19, message from sacha it didnot arrive
feb 21 I get message from the bank the info is not correct  (posted below with mistake underlined)
feb 25  I get some adjustments from sacha on paymentinfo
feb 26   I send corrections to bank
march 6  I send second payment of 1000
march  6 I get message new info is also incorrect and money will be send back, also second payment on same info is cancelled for wrong info
march 12 I send copy of failed payment to Sacha
sacha sends trace on payment  se says so we wait

early april I get new bankinfo from father of Sacha and I send money for the third time and send him this email

copy of last attempt of payment will follow, it was done on april 11 to new information given by sachas father, the money was booked off my account the next day,

 

For months, I have given Herby all the bank information that was asked for, multiple times. Yet I still don't have any money back to show for it. The bank gave me ALL the information Herby asked for and I forwarded that to him. The bank ran out of information to give me; hence the money retrievals that were put in.  Still no money.  

As far as not having any "facts", I can produce every email between myself and Herby (screen shots) if someone wants to see them all they have to do is ask on any other site (since emails here are not allowed). I can show you the emails if you so choose.  I have not badmouthed any breeders, not here or elsewhere.  I am stating facts - this is a post to caution people about wiring money overseas in general and to Herby in particular.  No one will be able to EVER prove I have been badmouthing breeders, as I have not.  All that needs to happen is for me to get my money back, and I will be satisfied.  

The fact that I'm young has absolutely nothing to do with being taken advantage of in this situation. My age doesn't make me willing to be cheated out of $2,500. I think that there are other breeders/customers who have probably gotten taken for a ride a time or two when making transactions overseas and paid way too much for dogs or did not receive the dog(s) that was/were described to them. Age has absolutely NOTHING to do with being taken advantage of.

Herby, You conveniently left out that you were "expecting payments" in January, because you had spent the money I sent you for a puppy. This is what leads me to believe you knew the puppies were sick/dying before I sent the $2,000.​ ​ 
 

 The paperwork for females in whelp and AKC registration should be done by 6 months of age of the puppies....and that is pushing it in my eyes... since I have first hand experience with doing this MANY times.. I think that is reasonable..the rest is just BS and screwing around. And ACE, I am that good..lol

..as I see a spelling mistake in the recipients name...

Is the seller SURE he is spelling everything right?

@CzechDDR- I've imported 3 pregnant females in the past year, and the longest it has taken to have AKC papers on dam AND pups was 5 months, one it took 2 months.  So it can (and is) being done, but of course all paperwork and the stud certificate must accompany the bitch at shipping. JMO
