Donald, you are for sure 100% correct... But did you actually use the word "inchoate" on the PDB? C'mon, man.... Baby steps for some of these peeps.

Very good post, but you describe so many of the trolls. I having trouble figuring out exactly which one you mean.

Does Dr. Phil even own a dog? If Dr. Phil does own a dog, is it locked in a kennel outside all day and then into a crate all night? Maybe Dr. Phil can tell us about his dog's trip to the vet.
