I saw a breeder who had a TINY GSD--the 8 month old pup was the size of my 12 week old! The paws were so small, as was the rest of the dog. I believe he also had testicle issues (just as well, as he shouldn't be bred) where he was cryptorchid or monorchid?
I'm not sure if he was a drawf, or just malnourished?
