I agree with much of what you say, Moons. And unlike the frightened, evolution-deniers, you understand that if God exists, s/he was fully capable of setting natural selection, evolution, change, and even the death of species into motion. Just because a good parent lets her kid ride the ferris wheel, it doesn't mean she has to let her ride forever. For everything there is a season, and a time for very purpose under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1. Our time, apparently, will soon pass, as we failed the test: we did not cooperate, trust, and behave altruistically enough to avoid the devastation of our home, planet earth.

Seems no one can honestly enter a informed discussion observing the rules of debate and discovery! Man will always fail the test because man is inherently flawed! Ask any competant scientist and they will conclude that evolution is still a theory! ther has been no observation and no scientific observable facts to prove that it is anything but theory! It violates the basic rules of science! It viloates the basic rule of thermodynamics! secondly life can only come from life period! Moons it is EXTREMELY HARD FOR MAN TO SEE HIMSELF AS HE REALLY IS! IF NOT THEN WHY IS HE CONSISTANTLY SAYING HE IS GOOD ! Shoot man keeps on killing each other then slapping one another on the back saying nice job!

I am breathing and so are you. I am still waiting on the answer about the bible using the n word. How is that rectified in your brain?
See a god fearing person would not use words like that. Do you think God would use that word? Is it okay with him/her? Or is it one of Raymond's favorite words. Something to be proud of being said?

Puppet I spent 2 minutes doing some after post research! My answer about written religions was from my memory ! Do you fear your wife?You see: your thinking is so convoluted you cannot grasp the meaning of fear! No you do not fear your wife! But you fear hurting or insulting or committing adultry on her of any of those other vile things a man should fear doing to his spouse!Do you fear your boss? Sure you do but iis a fear out of respect and admirationor implied respect! Do you fear to commit murder? I hope you do! do you fear assulting me with sexual remarks ? No that you do not fear! The earliest recorded religous texts are from the 5th egyptian dynasty and they were only written prayers and spells! Nothing of how to worship! Most were splls aginst snakes to protect the mumified remains of the dead1for someone who appears very intellegent you sure do lack understanding But to accurately answer the question I percieve you are asking is this! the earliest writen organized religous texs or religious practices are Hinduism circa 1500bce followed by judaism circa 1400 bce
