I just hope we all get to see the entire transcript of this case. It is just so unbelievable that this situation could happen and no one has any credible details. I wonder if this qualifies under FOI laws?

The Greene County Sheriff's office has confirmed that the Humane Society has received calls from people claiming to own some of the dogs and that the sheriff's office is looking into the matter."
I'm still hoping that all legal owners will get their dogs back and wont have to go to court and pay horrible amounts to do so.

I have sat back and read this debacle from the beginning and I quoted this because it bears reading again for many, I think. I remember it all too well, along with the photos and videos of other abused and neglected dogs that have been posted here over the years.
If you think what these pictures depict is ok, if you think it's something that can happen easily or quickly, by all means, speak up. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to know who they should never, never deal with.
