I just received my Thank you card today. I love the picture!! My first GSD is also named Nala after the Lion King!!! Please let us know should any other needs arise. God Bless you and your family!!

One can easily see from the picture (Cody hugging Nala on the couch) how much Cody loves his Dog. I'm thrilled that this whole process worked out for your entire family. I'm glad I was able to help. Thank God for the Internet.

Sherdell just took Nala to get her stiches removed this morning.
he is then going to set up a appt. for her right eye today also.
we are glad to hear everyone got there thank you cards`` and picture.... we are very blessed for all your help and support.

News about cody's foundations DOGS WALK FOR CDH and ECMO~
GETTING READY TO FILE THE SPECAL EVENTS FORM FOR Forest Preserve District of Kane County. THE DOGS WALK FOR cdh WILL BE AT Burnidge Forest Preserve/Paul Wolff Campground. ONCE WE PICK THE DATE. WE ARE GOING TO START SELLING TICKETS..
THERE WILL BE FOOD AND 3 DRAWINGS AT THE END OF THE WALK. PRIZES WILL BE FOR THE DOGS.....
TICKETS WILL BE $5.00 PER COUPLE. KIDS FREE, DOGS FREE...

Now that the stitches are coming out, will be she without the cone? If so, I'm sure she'll be ecstatic!

i wish the cone can come off. the vet said 4 weeks for the cone.
we are hoping nala can get in very soon for the other eye, since thats 2 months with the cone total.
they said if we have the cone off to keep her right by us, I dont think its a good idea since We know nala will be rubbing her eyes like mad. She has learned how to smash the cone flat on the floor and do some rubbing. to smart
so we have to yell at her to stop..
her hair on her cheeck is coming in already. She does eem to be more content this past week.
Still a lot of crying LOL< when she eats treats and her food..
