UPDATE:

It's been a week since nala's right eye surgery and she is doing very good, her eye is staying  wet!!

we are going to be getting ready to set appt. for her left eye next week,

Its funny, every time we give her a treat, we say........ahhhhhhhhhhhh Nala dont cry..

She is not happy about the cone and it fighting us mad now with the drops to her other eye. back to 2 of us doing them  ..

She cant chew her bones and the cone is just making life harder. SO we cant wait for the left eye to get done and just 3 weeks left on that eye ( for cone)





AS for Cody!!!!!!!!!!! he is now off the vent all day!!!  only on the vent for Naps and night time sleeping..
So much to do this summer.... Now with Nala's eyes better and cody now being off the vent. we cant take a lot more walks..

They both need this..............

: little update::

i think the thing that makes her so upset is that she cant chew her bones. THE CONE, MAKES IT HARD.

we are getting ready in a week to have her stiches removed. but the cone has to stay on.

She is wild.... even giving her treats now we almost  lose a finger.  We have to saying easy, easy......

wow. she is so crazy, we cant wait till the cone is done and she can be with us like she use too.

now down stairs, we do have her up here by us, but she keeps trying to rub her head on us and goes to the couch and trys to rub. so keeping her where shes safe from rubbing we think is the best thing for her.....

Tell Nala, hang in there, the cone won't be forever! You made me laugh when you said you give her cookies and have to tell her "Nala, don't cry"!  In this case it is a good thing, lol!

I'd probably want to bite off a finger if I had to wear one of those things, bless you guys for dealing with it all, too. 

Poor thing. I would not take off the cone either, after going thru all of this!

I just recieved a thank you card along with a beautiful picture of Cody and Nala. Thanks for sending the picture and I am glad everything is going well.

I've also received a thank you card and a photo, very sweet!  Glad to hear both Nala and Cody have had improvements.
