I saw the apparently first release of this news across the bottom of the screen as breaking news ! Came from fox news so take it with a grain of salt! Strangely enough no one else even mentions it in their news. The presidents announced request to congress to freeze DOMESTIC SPENDING FOR THREE YEARS! Exempts FOREIGN AID PAYMENTS! WHY NOT USE THOSE FUNDS TO REPAIR OUR ECONOMY?

OK -- if you INSIST. My dog woke up about 2 hours ago. He has had his breakfast. He is running around in the backyard barking just to let the World know that he is up and he is saying "HERE I AM" !!!!! "GOOD MORNING EVERYONE" !!!

Maggie I have come to learn that it does not matter which media source the news comes from! I started to stay away from fox because most of their news is orientated towards the sexual innuindo and homosexuality promotion1 I figured that fox was accurate in that message so I looked for the same from other sources! did not find it ! Now rabid msnbc reports the same except they leave out foriegn aid1 Cnn will only report what tedd turner tells them to! My point is that sometimes all these sources will tell all the truth in a story1 but you will only have one oppurtunity to hear it! Kinda makes one have more faith in what rush says! Obama is only a poodle dog! He has no damn idea of what is going on or any ideas to fix the problem! He is a yes man to what ever the status quo suggests! For any idiot to suggest cutting domestic funding and not foriegn aid is strangel enough an america hater! So cutting domestic spending means only one thing! Obama is going after the health care system in revenge for his failed socialist policies! Foriegn aid to every country other than this one!
