hired, there is a group of people from inside KNPV that are planning to set up new organization, called WDA,
also dutch police is looking to avoid being assosiated with KNPV as of their bad news on television,
than they have average age of members/dropping membershipnumbers,
and Covid is not helping the total situation,
finally the banning of use of pinchcollar and Ecollar are bad for future of KNPV so we will see where it will end

The banning of prongs and E collars, I am sure, has affected people everywhere, thankfully it has not happened in the US yet.

KNPV is a Business with worldwide customers everywhere ,, many people have enough knowledge for breeding and train great quality dogs, I have seen many trainers and handlers who don,t need the KNPV anymore and have IMO better and more up to date training programm. If te KNPV ends no worry many handlers and trainers will practise somewhere else....personal I don,t need the KNPV for good quality dogs only.
I know the way for many years how and where and many around do also..
Today KNPV is 80 percent business and 20 percent sport . there are more dog sold worldwide to Police /Military etc without a trial than with PH.
A PH 1 dog sold to police in Holland is around 4 or 5 K, a quality youngster with good tracking and detection skills and bitework can be sold for the same price to the US or even more,............
