Nice reaction from a solid looking dog.
I have an 8 year old pit bull - excellent, 24/7 alarm dog with anyone or anything approaching the property. She has a really intense firepower display at the door/window and deep throaty bark for a 40 pounder. Good for rodent and feral cat control but off her property, not a thread of DNA in her to show forward human aggression.

the video doesnot give much to go on at all, and why ask for pedigree that we see barking on a chain, without seeing what he is barking at, furthermore, pedigrees dont mean much in relation to this vid, as dogs from every bloodline will show this behaviour in one way or another in this scenario
also agree with others, if you post a video, you will get response, and maybe you dont like all but thats it, also i didnot say it was junkyard dog, but junkyard dog scenario

Indeed, I would like to see what is causing the dog to act this way, is it a human, is it a cat, is it a donkey? Of course that is a legit question to ask, since I am not prescient.

the only what i noted is that this dog is somewhat reserved in his reaction, which can be a good thing in certain application.

Valk the idea it for the dog to pick up on a stranger coming up the lane from the house as this will be part of his job thanks
Gk1 I think you understand wha was being asked of the dog. Thanks
