Scam Seller Charles Durand UPDATE Proven to Admin - Page 2

The name of the female of the pic is Betty v. Haus Misberk. This man Charles Durand actually bought this female - in the pic - from me in the end of 2016!

And this big liar and blackmailer Charles Durand, then accused me of not sending the dog's papers. This is not true - all doc of Betty is send to him!

After this female Betty, Mr. Charlie sent out some money with which he was preserve another one female. He wanted from me from his name this female to be showed in big Internacional dog shows, and of course we are make this for him. The female make in the first show Excellent 1 in the working class and in another one show - Excellent 2.
After a month and a half that we keep for him this female, he gave up from the female - and though I am not obliged, I transfer the pay advance from the female to four puppies.
After that over of two months I kept the puppies and I warned him many times, that the price for transport for puppies which are already bigger, would be higher. When he paid them to me, he asked me to send him with my money, which he would get back after the sale! He threatens me several times that if I do not send them to him on the internet he will post many bad posts for me. When I refused to send the puppies to him, befor come to me the full cost of transport, he started attacking me with huge lies in internet!

Im sorry are they saying they wont remove his ad? I sent 2500US to this guy plus the flight. Dog was suppose to arrive Oct. 3. He did not send the dog. What more do you need? I filed a police report with Houston police. Paypal has been notified and said this person has done this to several other people. They said they will refund the money i paid through them. That they have closed his account. Western union wont do anything for 15 days but i will follow through with that. I have tried to contact him but phone is off line. As well as no response from texts and emails. He has hurt myself and my partner. He should not be allowed to hurt others.

flatbreeze, as I told you, you need to send copies of your supporting documentation and private message them to Western Rider or one of the other site administrators--they can't go pulling people's ads and log-in just on somebody else's claim that they were scammed, they need to see proof of what you've described.

A copy of the money order you sent, a copy of the documentation from PayPal, anything you have from him telling you what flight the dog is going out on, etc. At the bottom of the page, if you scroll all the way down, underneath the last of the display ads you'll see several light blue tabs that are labeled "Contact Info", "Disclaimer", etc. Click on the Contact info tab, and underneath the info about the owner of this site you'll see a list titled "To contact an admin". Click on one of the first three names shown, and it will take you to your private messaging box on this site, where you can send the documentation to one of the admins so they can confirm your situation.

Earlier in this thread, Western Rider posted that they've already reached out to Charles Durand and asked him to respond to this thread, so they are giving him his chance to tell his side of things, and if he fails to respond here or to fulfill your transaction, the admins will have no problem pulling his ads and his access to this site. But you have to do your part as well, as provide proof of the transaction and what was agreed upon as far as when the dog was to be shipped out--that's only fair.

To all concerned. I would love to have talked to these people however I was not going to talk to the way that I was. I told them what had happen to the PayPal problem it was not their fault nor mine. But yet still it's a bad situation. I do not have the money so I did not send my dog.
They have to take this up with PayPal they froze the money I have provided proof to admin but I owe no one else anything.

Charles you know very well for what you are pay this $ 8000:
4400 $ (4000 euro) - Betty incl. shipping - Send to you 1 week after deal
2000 $ (1800 euro) - the price for the 3 puppies that I keepp for you
1000 $ (900 euro) - the reserve of the female Lara!
500$ (400 euro) - for trener, for showed her with your name in shows etc!
Total: 7900 $ (the change value is from 9-10 months ago, now is higher)

You not sent the total money for the shipping costs....
 

You have been late for more than three months to sending the total amount, and when you are already to decide to take your puppies in May 2017, the shipping price has already been almost double because the puppies have been over of 4.5 months and over 10 kg./ one pupp, and they could no travel in two cages (if is up to 8 kg. / one pupp can travel with another in a cage) and 4 puppies had to fly in 4 cells, for that I had warned you several times.
And the deal are with your agreement to send the rest of the money for the puppies in February. 

And even though I was not even obliged to do, I keep for you 3 months the puppies, after the promised payment for the transportation.
I have kept for you from November to January Lara, we showed her in two big internacional dog showes at your request (she won 2 cups), was training, we trained her etc. Then I kept for you until May, the puppies although your agreement are to paid the transport in the early February. 

Then you asked me, I to wait for the remainder of the price for the puppies, with  your promised, after you sell them in the US to send me the money. 
After I refused to make that, you're starting to want from me, I to give back the money that you sent to me in advance for keeping the dogs for you, for showed them or for trenning (all after your request).
Prepaid money is not refunded unless the seller is unable to deliver dogs or another serious reason the buyer to refused the deal for the seller's fault.

I also wrote here and to you personally, that have two possible variants:
- I agreed the advance send from you to me for Lara, can be includet in the total price of 4 puppies with the transportation (in the total price was incl only the price for 3 puppies and one pupp is gift from me), and you must to send only the part for the transport, that are not pay.
- Then I wrote to you and another variant: because the transport for the 4 puppies is stay in May really expensive (which is due to your delay of about 3 months), but I am ready to send you Lara, for which you can only pay the difference in the prices by deducting everything, and of course the transport cost (to the shipping company). 

But you did not agreed with nothing.
Instead, you started writing all sorts of lies and accusations for me in the many different places in the net.

You are lying trash Ivon you took more than 8000 of my money and never sent me my dog. I will not get into a pissing match with you here as I know you will never give me my money back or my dogs.
