This "breeder" has well-documented negative local history with animal control. Contact your local State Dog Law officer to report complaint.

I have purchased "pregnant" females before - that turned out not to be pregnant. My loss. I still paid for the dog, and got over my disappointment in her not being pregnant. How it goes.

a agree that buying a "pregnant dog" and it ends up not being pregnant happens, but buying a female that is supposed to be bred, when it hasn't even come into season yet is underhanded, dirty and should be reported.
Sometimes breedings take, sometimes not, but how you could claim the female is pregnant without coming into season is beyond me.
