GSD Lineage

What I can't figure out is why that dog did that, unless it just thought it was a child, so it could get away with that bite.
Maybe the dog has a grudge against children? The dog will surely be hunted down now.

The woman was like... I'm going in the house and the kid and the cat said, "Hey! us too!"

Good kitty!  Can of sardines for that cat.

According to the article the woman went around the front of the SUV after the dog (given the camera angles that makes sense) not into the house.

Security cameras, sure. I wondered why she ditched the kid so quickly after an attack, I would have been carrying the kid into the house, but maybe his pants hid the severity of the bite. Good thing he had those pants on! And why the unprovoked attack? Glad the dog is in quarantine, to me that says something is not right with that mutt.

Yay for kitty! Tuna time!!!

Great story!!

Yes, that is a security camera system, and each camera records continuously to the DVR hard-drive. Very easy to just edit the pertinent clips together, making it a seamless sequence to watch.

I do it all of the time. Nothing deceptive.

AWESOME kitty,    NASTY mutt..

I didn't see her so much as leaving the kid as much as going around the vehicle making sure the dog was actually gone, or seeing where it went/what it looked like, checking on the cat/dog situation, etc. etc. since the child was not in life-threatening trouble at that moment. Seeing/catching the dog who did it would be my next thought once my child was obviously not going to die. Shots, etc....lots of reasons for pursuing the dog.

The woman chased the dog and was bitten as well.  That dog should have a meeting shortly with the blue juice.  If it was my dog I'd do it myself.

Wow, that dog is a candidate for PTS asap.  I'm sure somebody will say that the dog was just acting on prey/predator instincts or whatever.  -_-

No, entirely unacceptable behavior from a dog.

Good on the cat though!!   I hope the boy isn't too badly emotionally traumatized in regards to dogs from that nasty attack.

very nice security camera system
