Judy P,

Imported pregnant females registration process can take up to a year and a half.  Don't blame the breeder!!  They usually don't even receive their papers until 4 to 6 months and then they have to jump through several hoops to get the process finished.  Just be patient.  That is the part of the process that is the most difficult for any breeder.  Also, anyone knows that unless you know the breeder personally, if you send money to Europe, you have no way of getting your money back.  I am buying a puppy from the breeder who now owns the sire of this litter, as I purchased a puppy from her 9 years ago, and he is the best working line GSD, I have ever owned!!  Good Luck, but I would kiss your 2,000 goodbyd!! :(

man this sucks!

i have been down this road many times , i know what its like to get screwed and i never got any of my money back , so now i am very careful.

i would have the say to judy it only took me 5 months to reg my  import with  AKC and maybe a bit longer to get   the papers for the breeding , i cant see it taking more than 8 months to do everything, this breeder ,i am  guessing if she has not given you  paper work , you would think by now she would of.  i am so sorry that  there are bad breeders out there or should i say dishonest ones.

i hope you do get your paper work and money back,  but  i doubt it.

best advise is buy from where you can go see them.

lesson learned~

Let me ask the members on this thread a question. Would an escrow service be worth the cost???

by duke1965 on 20 April 2013 - 06:04

HI, im herby and will give you the simple answer, as till now, I have made several attempts to refund money and till now it didnot work because bankinfo send to me was not correct, already cost me quite a bit of money in bankfees for sending and returning, I send sacha copie of payments , so she knows, they send me new bankinfo and I made payment again some time ago, which is also taken of my account and not returned till now

I will put some info on here later so you all can see who is doing what here

sacha has put some threats to me previous about badmouthing me, but really all she need to do is come up with correct bankinfo

Herby, couldn't you have checked your bank for our information from the wire transfers? Or even accepted the two money retrieval orders I'd sent in? (these cost me money too, btw) In any case, I gave you all the information you'd asked for, as given to me by USAA. I don't see how it was all coming back as incorrect.

Badmouthing? I don't think so. I'm just putting out a word of caution to those who may have wanted to do business with you. All I'm asking is to have the money returned to me.

kamahi,  if you send me non matching bankaccount and  BIC numbers, how can I or my bank correct that

I will post info from my bank that money was wired to USAA federal savings bank and they couldnot forward it due to non matching numbers, SO THE MONEY WAS ACTUALLY IN THE USA AND SEND BACK

also my last payment to your new info  is still taken from my bankaccount  , also that info I will post

a word of caution ???? for what,  Im breeding dogs for 27 years and have dogs in any corner of the world, try to find ONE buyer that I owe as much as 50 cents

YOUR BANKINFO IS NOT CORRECT DONT TRY TO BLAME ME FOR THAT AS I AM SENDING MONEY TO YOU AND IT COMES BACK

will post all copies later today

Trixx, You must NEVER have imported a pregnant female.  That takes up to a year and a half.  IT all depends on how long it takes the breeder from Europe to get the USA breeder all of the paperwork.  IT is a long arduous process.  You sound like a rookie, No offence!!  Judy, you will get your paperwork just be patient.  I Have purchased a ton of dogss from Europe and have had to wait up to a year and a  half, but I always ended up getting my papers.

I am glad that Herby has come on this thread and posted.  If he has sent the money and continues to come back, either there is an issue with 1 or more of the numbers for the bank.  We'll be posting the information later on so we can all ascertain what the error is.  Both parties should carefully check the bank name, account number, routing number and whatever other bank information is needed for international transactions to figure out what the problem is.

Thank you Herby for posting and look forward to your next post with the information you have on your end.

I'll check here later for any progress.

When I imported my female pregnant.  I was able to get the AKC registration on the mother and the litter registration done by the time the puppies were 10 weeks old.  If the paperwork is in order it doesn't take that long.

Best Regards,
Cheryl

As a breeder, this is just an important lesson for these YOUNG buyers who go around bad mouthing real breeders who have been doing this a very long time.  Don't jump to conclusions and STOP bad mouthing breeders until you have all of the facts!!!  I have heard you bad mouthing other breeders and you are just a young kid.  If you think that this is the way that you will get your money refunded, by arguing and mistating the facts, you are sorely mistaken.  Herby is a good breeder who is trying to get you your money. I would get off your soap box and get him the correct bank numbers.
