Ok, this is off "topic" ahem.. but it's a cute song my husband wrote when I was frustrated with my GSD puppy, Ben, who is now 8 months old. It's in the tune of "Free Fallin'" by Tom Petty: :)
Shes a good girl, loves her puppy
loves large breeds and shepherds too
Shes a good girl, crazy bout Schutzhund
loves tracking, and obedience too
Its a long day livin in her household
theres a damn squirrel runnin through the yard
and Im a bad boy, cause I dont even listen
Im a bad boy for chasin this car
And Im free, Im free fallin
All the Weimaraners hangin out in the dog park
move best when Im chasin their tails
And all the bad boys go hump in the shadows
As the good girls wish theyd had first pick female
(repeat chorus)
I wanna lie down over dead squirrel fragments
I wanna write yellow things in the snow
I wanna bite holes in daddys new blue jeans
Gonna push this couple as far as theyll go
(repeat chorus)

Ok.... here's another one my husband wrote when we were suffering through potty training our beloved Ben:
Shakespeare's Puppy (from Hamlet)
To pee, or not to pee, that is the question
Whether tis nobler in the house to suffer
The pangs and tingles of distended bladder
Or to aim wee-wee against some things of Mommys
And by irrigation, wet them. To pee, to whizz --
No poop -- and by a whizz to say we end
The bladder-load and the thousand drops of urine
That flesh is heir to. Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To pee, to whizz;
To whizz, perchance to stream. Ay, theres the rub.
For in the whizz of wee-wee what Mom may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal potty,
Must give us pause. Theres the respect
That makes calamity of 14 weeks life.
Here is Ben and his daddy, my husband Peter.
