I don't believe that to be the case. They may have one mod name, but also have a member name. That would be at least two user names. Or two names that they post under. Since you are asking, yes I have an issue with that. Not with Oli and testing the system, but with mods posting with multiple names. I believe I have expressed that to you already.

Of course, all mods have a mod name and a MEMBER name.
We don't find mods on Craig's list lol That would be silly!
We find mods amongst the members. To mod a member MUST have a mod name and ARE allowed to keep their member name! Which is a rule we agree to and is approved by Oli. No one should be expected to give up their regular name to mod here.
No mod is abusing the system...
So please do not try and turn this into a mod issue

On many other forums the mods have one user name; not an anonymous mod name and their user name. If I am not mistaken in the past mods were not always members. I'm not sure if Oli used craigs list or personal ads to find them.
Sorry, to question the mods. I should know better.
Just for clarification, I do not have any personal issues. I'm just interested in the well being of the PDB.

This is how we do it here and here's an example why...
Let's say person X has been a great member for a number of years here, they become a mod. At first they do good but then it becomes very clear they can't handle the job (as we've seen happen)! Why should their poor modding abilities put a black mark on their name? Posting as a member and doing the job of a moderator are two different things IMO
