I think I'm gonna try it also. How big is is the bag? Is it a 44 lb like Sams carries?

That sounds good. We will have to look at that food the next time we go to Cosco. The problem is that every single one of our dogs shunned the TOTW Salmon, maybe too fishy. We feed TOTW Bison and for the grammy (the old girl) the TOTW Duck. Does anybody know a comparible food to these?

Since Diamond makes both could be about the same food. Mine didn't mind the salmon TOTW. And I do buy the people glucosimine at Costco for my dogs.

Clint,
Bless you and your animals if they will even show interest in IAMs. I've never had a dog or cat who would eat the stuff. Same with Eukanuba. We gave a whole bag to our friends because they had multiple dogs who were much more motivated to eating whatever was in their bowl, a competition thing, I think.
Now, there is dissension on the necessity of Lg breed puppy food, but I'll let the experts address that. Bottom line, probably not necessary or even desirable, too much what... protein?!?

I know someone who is feeding a Giant Alaskan Malamute, sixteen month old female, Nutro Natural Large Breed puppy, forty percent protein..The dog has loose stools, but the owner still feeds it, thinking its the best because she's still a puppy, and she needs the large breed puppy...I wouldn't feed food that high in protein to anything, but that's just me....
