Depending on what your contract says you may or may not have an "out".  The breeding thing, unless otherwise stated is an ethical issue.  The good health of the dog as stated in most puppy sale agreements, is different.  Do you have a clause in your contract regarding an age limit for the OFA certification?  If you have something in there that radiographs must be taken by 24 months, AND the dog does not pass, you are obligated to replace or refund, depending on your agreement.  In this case, if they did not do the Xrays until 36 months, you are off the hook Fair, Good or indifferent.  Without the age limitation, regardless of breedings (unless otherwise noted), if the dog does not pass OFA, you'll owe 'em one.  But as someone said earlier, if it passes with a fair, a pass is a pass.  Personally since I breed Malinois, I would probably replace a "Fair" since (knock on wood), most Malinois go Good to Excellent.  Notice, I didn't say "Mali", 'cuz I freakin' hate that, it's not a Mali, it's a Belgian Malinois, not a Belgium Malinois, a Belgian Malinois.  Just like the popular sleeves are Belgian Arms not Belgium Arms.  Kinda like a German Shepherd not being a Germany Shepherd.  I now step down from my soap box,,,,thank you.

Oh, almost forgot, I also hate the word "pup".  A "pup" is a freakin' tent used in WWI by the dough-boys.  A newborn dog is a "puppy" and several of them are "puppies" not "pups".  Newborn geese are goslings, not gos'.  Newborn ducks are ducklings not duhs.  Newborn eagles are eaglets not eags.  You get the picture.  Stepping down.

Hello guys. I am trying to locate a kevlar pup tent for my pups.

They are very destructive pups, especially one pup in particular.

I feel a kevlar pup tent could provide shade for my pups as well as stand up to this one very destructive pup.

I would love for my pups to have their own pup tent.

Thanks for any advice on a pup tent for my pups,

Rik

you know, it depends on how you view this situation.  as a breeder, you did nothing wrong here.  you provided a contract and a guarantee.  if you want to focus on who is in the wrong, it would be an easy matter to lay the blame on the buyers/owners.  on the other hand, if you are more concerned about what is good for the dog, offer to buy her back with no replacement.

I would not replace the dog with a puppy. She sold two litters without checking the hips first. It was her repsonsiblity per the contract to get the hips OFA'd before two years old. Ethically before breeding the dog, twice.
As others said Fair is still passing anyway. I don't know the woman and I HATE being judgemental, BUT it sounds like she got what she wanted out of the bitch and now wants another one for free. Just my opinion,

Hell no.  My contract clearly states that my guarantee is null and void if you breed the dog prior to OFA and any necessary working titles I require in order to lift limited registration.
