Do what you know in your broken heart is the right thing to do for her.  If you truly love her then how can you let her continue to suffer?  How dare you think of yourself at a time like this!  Trust me, we have all been down that path for one reason or another.  It is never easy to say goodbye but you owe it to her to stop the suffering now!

Yes, Joni, it IS just like me to point out that the Emperor not only is not wearing new clothes, he's buck-naked and has a teeny willy.  That being so, let me be very clear:

I not only doubt you having a controlled substance given to you by a licensed vet, I doubt that there is a poisoned dog involved at all.  Until confirmed by someone with significantly more credibility than you have mined or exhibited on this forum, I do not believe that this is anything other than a bid for attention/sympathy, given timing, the fact that a controlled substance is involved,  your "history" on this forum, your background,  the fact that you have spent at least an hour on-line about this (NOT comforting the dog), and the manner in which you have presented yourself to date.    How is that for " soooo like..." ?

Please kitkat, what exactly was your purpose in starting this thread?  If I had a dog that I loved, that was screaming in pain from being poisoned, this is not the place I would go to for............what - comfort, sympathy?  I would be speaking to and leaning on friends and family about what was going on.   What do you want from virtual strangers?

Very odd, once again you and GSD123 are embroiled and in the midst of  yet another battle, and suddenly you now come here and start a new thread  announcing your dog has been posioned and at the same time accusing this person of posioning your dog.  How do you know the dog was poisoned and with what?  What tests did your vet do to determine the dog was poisoned? 

I would also like answers to the questions posed by  Mking, including how  you happen to have ethanasia solution in your home since you are not a veterinarian? 

It's all about you, kitkat - and 123 making it worse again as usual by opening his big disgusting smelly mouth.

If you love your dog kitkat she would already be dead and buried, you can grieve for her after you take care of business - that is taking care of your dog no matter what - if she is suffering then it's YOU who are killing her painfully and slowly, not the poison or whatever else is wrong with her, if anything.

Didn't you  lose your blue dog suddenly, he dropped dead?  Maybe he was "poisoned" too. 

Come on, either get off the computer and take care of your dogs or, get off the computer.   Just get off the computer.  Why would any of us who love our dogs want to hear you whining on the internet about 123 supposedly poisoning your dog, when your "beloved" dog is crying in pain and dying a slow painful death (by your own description) - how dare you torture your dog while sitting on the internet chatting about it????????

poisoning is a crime, if your dog was poisoned DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.  Call the police, file charges, and try to prove it.  Get a necropsy done when/if you finally put your poor suffering dog down.  And if you really care about her (obviously you don't care at all about her suffering) then take her to a vet to do it humanely.  Of course you can't do it yourself and know it is humane.

STOP POSTING THESE THREADS ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR MISERABLE LIFE!  NOONE WANTS TO HEAR IT!

Kitkat- Do you know what type of poison you think the dog ingested? In most cases the vet would have kept the dog, put it on IV fluids and depending on the type of poison may or may not give Vitamin B injections. Did the vet do bloodwork. clotting time, induce vomiting? What color is the liquid of the "shot" you have?  If your vet did indeed give you euthanasia solution, he/ she is committing a federal crime.
