Hahaha....yep, sure do Missbeeb. Chicken feet are a rich source of glucosamine/chondroitin. Plus the dog thinks they're fun. I usually give him a few a week, but buy them in 5lb bags, so I freeze them, and feed them frozen...it's a popsicle treat for the dog

Well, I should be less EEEEEWWWWWW about it!  Who would think that they would be a rich source of anything?

Footsicles! LOL

For my bitch puppy, I use venison jerky treats --they can be kept in the car endlessly. :-) I also use hotdogs for tracking, and try to buy the cheapest ones. But, I sometimes get hungry laying those tracks and have been known to snack on the bait!! That's why I prefer Hebrew National, which can get a bit pricey, but tatses like hotdogs from childhood. For my male, who is a Sch 3, a toy at the end of the track is his reward. Food is "ok," but he really works for the toy. NO toy for him in OB, 'cuz he goes nuts. We have a tremendous bond, so just praise is sufficient for him.

Hahaha.....great....thanks Missbeeb, I can't get the term footsicles out of my head. You KNOW it's now a household name around here. "Hey boys....who wants a footsicle?" I figure the dogs will have the word down by the end of the week!

You're going to laugh!  I use raw carrots cut up into small pieces.  My little girl can get too excited over the more tasty treats but works really well for the carrots.  She loves them and knows just where to find them in the fridge.
