Lots of dogs growl from defense/ fear issues.  Have to agree with the "daymn I'm ONLY 15 weeks and in my 3rd home what the hell is coming next??!!" being her view on the world.  Myself I'd back off on anything except socialization and play at this stage, nothing that encourages growling/barking/biting til you know she's got her feet under her.  If she's got it in her genes to be a working dog you can bring that back once you know she's mentally safe and sound...   When we first got Klytie she also greeted the world with barking and what seemed to be aggression... now that she's secure she's a happy outgoing dog who greets everyone  happily.  She was Older, but also a rescue who had bounced thru several owners before us, and just didn't trust the world.
