Dex are you really wanting to know about islam? firstly there is no such thing as an islamic fundamentalist or a moderate muslum! A politically correct term which is incorrect! allow me to correct you dex?Do you mean then that unless others believe and follow your way then we are basically infidels( says dex) You err in assuming it is my way! Jesus said he is the only way to enter heaven! he is the only sacrifice that redeems mankind from Gods wrath! Oh and he is the only one who walked out of the grave! No one else has done that so I guess he knows what he is talking about! You are correct in assuming that the quran teaches that all other faiths that do not follow allah are infidels! but I can surmise by your questions that you know very little about islam and it's teachings!

I was just asking because you appear to believe your faith and the path you have taken is best. Other religions have their own beliefs on how they can get to 'heaven' meaning a 'heaven' they believe in and not a Christian one. I was merely drawing a parellel with the fact that religions such as Islam believe they are the one true religion, in the same way you appear to believe (please correct me if I am wrong) that your faith and personal religion are the 'ultimate' and to follow any other path means you do not get to a 'heaven'.
It was the part about robbers and thieves that I found confusing - those terms are normally associated with wrongdoers which is why I wanted to clarify that if you believed people that did not follow the same faith you personally did, then they were in effect wrongdoers. So, with that in mind, is that what you personally believe? That people that do not follow your type of religion and belief are wrong and should be educated to understand religion and beliefs the way you do?

Well dex I could draw this parallel between christianity and all other religions! You are an automobile made by God Almighty! You come with a owners and instruction manual! as well as a limited guarantee issued by the manufacturer! Should you decide to make a repair or use the product in other ways the manufacturere does no recommend you void the warranty! Man has already voided the warranty and the manufacturer has of his own free will came and issued a new warranty! all man has to do is abide by the terms of the new warranty and sign on the dotted line ! Jesus died for your warranty and rose from the grave thus guaranteeing the warranty! All those other founders or leaders of other religions are still dead! do not get angry with the manufacturere when you fail to follow the user manual and void the warranty! All other religions are based upon Mans ability to reconcile his self with God on his terms! christianity is God reconciling himself with man on Gods terms!
