I'm shaking in my boots! Talk about being a whinny bitch, look at your freaking posts. Gotta put stuff in capitals, let them know I'm serious about this..... Why not actually grow some and take action. You got your papers? Fantastic. Threatening to go to court and file suit... Why not just do it if you really think it needs to be done? Instead of just sitting around on the computer talking about it, and how so and so is also having problems. I see you post to inform people, ok. People are informed. But it's gotten funny about AKC not having their kennel name.... Second thread on here today that made me laugh my ass off. I felt bad for you guys in the beginning, not getting papers sucks, and there's no excuse for that long of a wait. But now it's humorous, should've taken whoever gave you the advice in the beginning of keeping your ammo concealed if you're going to proceed legally......

schgsdman I posted about the Kennel because I was told her mother wanted nothing to do with the situation yet my dog papers are in her kennel name. Yes, I know there are a lot of unregistered kennels in the AKC.I asked Alicia to send the form to me to fill out but  Alicia refused because she wanted to attach von Jordan Haus to it after I was already told Von Jordan Haus had not affiliation. So now they will arrive with the kennel name that didn't want to be involved and I will have to change her name and it's a waste of everybodys time for who knows why.  It's been a pointless, ridiculous game just to get this far.

The only way a name can not be changed is if the breeder that is listed on the registration is the one that registered the dog in their name first.  If a name change request is made after that happened, the person requesting to change it has to have the breeder's permission to do the change.
