Hi everyone,

As of today we have 1,850!!!

Nala is up in her crate in our room for the night.
i got a bunch of pictures yesterday, they turned out so cute.. mikala had just got home, so shes in 1 of them.

At this time, nala wants to stay away from Cody she's not in the mood to be messed with by a toddler.

cody does and has been known to pull her tail and bite .. soooo. nala just wants to keep the peace.

sherdell is going to bring my camera with in the morning, i just hope he brings it back in good shape still.
the last 1 i had he dropped, and had it on the floor by a chair in the N.I.C.U. and it got cracked..

I will be stressing all day on wed. (3-31-10) I know she'll be in good hands.

I'm so glad she's getting the help she needs, it looks very uncomfortable for her.  Hoping all goes well with the surgery and she's back to her old self very soon!  Thanks for the pictures, very sweet.

Best wishes for Nala's eye surgery, today! Let's hope and pray it goes smoothly.  It makes me happy knowing the stress of paying for it is solved, thanks to some really generous and kind people on this board. Your happiness become my happiness! 

 It is wise to keep Cody away from the dog, except to see her and talk to her. It would be a shame that if she did not feel well she might end up biting him or someone else. Hopefully that would not happen, but caution should certainly be exercised here and I am glad to see you doing it. 

Good luck with the surgery. We all hope that this will give the dog a better life.

UPDATE:

Nala arrived for her eye surgery at Fox Lake Animal Hospital this morning. Will let everyone know how things go later today.

UPDATE:

All is well! Nala had her surgery late today, and the surgeon reported no problems at all. She's staying at the animal hospital tonight and should be going home tomorrow.

Nala is doing Great, the vet told us to call in the Morning around 9am, and if the swelling is down we can come pick her up.

and to keep the cone on her for 4 weeks, In 2 weeks we can take her to the vet to get the stitches removed.

we'll take pictures of her once she is home. thank you everyone for making this happen for her and us!!

I'm so glad you called FLAH! Dr Rudawski is just awesome. He has taken great care of my dogs.

Please post if you are short funds for any aftercare. I work only 20 min or so away from FLAH, so if you have any training needs, please let me know, I'm not a wealthy woman, but I'd certainly donate my time when your girl is recuperated.
