I can see that. I just don't see why personal business that has nothing to do with the dog part has to be brought in. The other stuff I get. Really do. Can see why you're mad Jenni, but bringing personal stuff that was said between two people who were friends that has nothing to do with dogs or business, why bring it up on here? 

I know the point in the msg I posted was to show the lack of concern for her client, dog and business. The complete disregard of an unhappy client (who had been trying to reach her for days). How do you run a business that way and expect to be successful? Diablo was resold to the lady that bought and returned one of the dogs I bought from Alicia and Diablo is now 14 months and still no papers. So just ONE dog brought three strangers together with the same complaint and we are just a drop in the bucket. I keep saying to myself I cannot believe we have to go through all this, publically announce our issues just to get papers on our dogs we purchased or, for some, their health guarantees fulfilled. It's insane.Supposodly there are 5 litters unregistered and 20 new puppies for sale. That is a lot of people.

She would text say Mary and tell her all about how she screwed say Joan ......then text Joan and tell her how she screwed Lisa .....and on and on and on

All the time knowing these people were all over the country .....they would never come together and compare notes .....

Well guess what .....what started out with one has now grown to 12 ......and more add on daily ...

So yes ....personal messages have everything to do with it ......it shows how nuts she is

2 people have been waiting to return dogs and get refunded for a LONG TIME now...... Despite numerous times the transporter have been in their area ....

What this shows along with all her other antics above is she don't care one bit about client or dog......

But what's funny is that since her unethical practices have been exposed .....she arranges a transport in 3 days for the person filing criminal charges on her .......thinking that will make it go away lol

I guess the other 2 she owes needs to do the same .....its the only way to get a response

yet my dog is registered to her kennel, which we found out is not an akc registered kennel

AKC doesn't register kennels.  Anybody can get papers.

 

 

Yes, anyone can get papers but they do have registered kennels. Since their kennel is not registered nobody has to keep their dog's name as von jordan haus per akc unlesss they have a signed contract agreeing to it.

This thread has gotten laughable..... It stared out actually meaning something, and proving what's going on, and people's stories,and then it's taken a shift to let's post personal messages, or I don't have to keep the kennel name, I don't have to do this, she's picking up dogs, oh look she has sex... Don't like business with her, don't do it, simple as that. You've stressed her lack of ethics as you see them, you've warned people (which I would assume is the point of this post). You're all excited about pressing charges, press them and shut up; get your money or your dogs or your papers or whatever. Get it over with if that's what you're wanting to do. Hell if you've waited 3 years as some of you claim, then press the damn charges, I know I would've already done them. Instead of sitting around writing about how you're gonna do this or that, just do it. I mean, someone adviced you correctly in the begining of the thread that if you're going to press charges, the best thing you can do is keep your mouths shut so that te information you have against them isn't shown. I know why ya'll showed it obviously, but it's gotten now that my dog is registered to this name, well AKC doesn't have that kennel name in the kennel database. Do you know how many kennels out there aren't in AKC's database?
