I haven't been accused of being SP. I did however 'accuse' a good friend of mine of being him. He just laughed and said that I was about the 3rd person to ask him that LOL, Oh, and that it wasn't him.

Strange, I thought the idea that an officer of the Law had a dog was to help him track down and bring the bad Guys to justice and for the Dog to get into places to route out the bad guys where an officer may not be able to get too
Yet you say the dog is there for the protection of the officer, If so then why do not all Police Officers in the USA have dogs with them on patrol to protect them
No i certainly do not need my dogs to protect me and although i hope the occasion never arises you may be in for a rude awakening expecting your dog to protect you
Unless it has been specifically trained  by a Professional in that line of work, Or are you such a Professional in that line of work, somehow i think not
And as far as it goes with what you say about Dogs in general i think you are a Cop out, I think Sueincc says it better in her post above.
You can huff and puff till you are blue but the fact remains to better the German Shepherd breed rules were laid down by more expert people than you and me, Yet you Poohed there ideas and to put it in plain language you and people like you are too idle to put in any effort into your dogs, to gain any working titles or to work towards getting them recognized as breed worthy all of us and the powers to be in many countries are wrong according to you
That is what you are trying to convince me and others on this forum, But it does not work all i hope is that responsible breeders are a bit more  line with the rules laid down
As regards us and Dogs or even as Humans you and i are miles apart and thank goodness i do not feel your way, if i did my conscious would make me pack the German Shepherd breed in and by a ordinary little Mutt for a pet

They do all the things you listed above in ADDITION that if a criminal were to be approaching an officer to do bodily harm, THE DOG WOULD PROTECT THE HUMAN OFFICER AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. But you probably couldn't understand that since you said you need to protect your dogs...

NO Steve, we do not train our dogs alone. I said we do training with a K9 dept.. SO YES, we do work with professional trainers that have trained PPD for over 30 yrs... FYI.......

I am glad that you and sueincc are in agreement.....I don't care....That  is your opinions.....I do not try to convince anyone of anything.. I could care less what anything thinks....I am just answering questions that are asked of me. UNLIKE OTHERS ON HERE that are avoiding questions asked directly to them...THATS the  hypocrites that are quick to find fault in others, but hide behind an avatar....

Steve you mentioned something or other about your age...The way are acting, like you are too dumb to understand my answers that you keep asking it over and over, makes me think that it is your age causing you to have the desire to continue arguing over something that is totally just a matter of opinion...Now your opinion is neither right or wrong, but neither is my opinion...

I HAVE NO DOUBT, THAT IF WE EVER NEED PROTECTION OF OUR DOGS, THEY WILL BE THERE TO PROTECT US.
They will NOT be looking to us to protect them.. Our dogs would give their lives for our saftey, just as a properly trained PPD should..

Perhaps it's a question of definitions.  Here is the definition I am familiar with:

"Hypocrisy is the act of persistently pretending to hold beliefs, opinions, virtues, feelings, qualities, or standards that one does not actually hold. Hypocrisy is thus a kind of lie."

Therefore,  just because someone does not answer your questions does not make them a hypocrite, they may simply be ignoring your questions.  After all, the fact they ignore your question(s)  does not mean they have piss poor breeding practices themselves.
