Sure we all can have opinion, and we all can agree to disagree, Keith we disagree on the other thread, but we still did it without personal attacks didn't we? Now Mag choose to attack bob on personal level, I just think this is what kids do, not adults. I am 100% surre that Mag would not be able to handle dog out of Orry if her life would deppend on it. So Mag once again quite while there are still some people that have some kind of respect for you because with most recent posts you are completely loosing it.

I love Maggie like no other women in my life, she,s okay by me. I wish her the best in all she and her pup does.

Thank you Bob.

Snaiper - I "mis-directed" my anger onto Bob, and I am very sorry that happened.  Yes, you are correct -- I would never be able to handle a dog out of Orry.

I am about to "lose it" for sure.  It poured again all through the night and is still raining.  It sure makes things difficult trying to get my wet, muddy dog through the house and into the garage.

LoL, my dog for the first time in I don't remember how long decided to go into garage and sleep rather than staying outside lol so I love this weather ;). And I though she would decide to freez to death instead ;) you should see my smile today when I was out of the house on my way to work and I notice she is not standing in the snow/rain but rather in the crate in the garage ;). lol I guess is getting cold ;) lol

Bob, is one of the nice Guys on here, a Gentle Giant, but saying that i would not want to be standing next to him if he got riled up not only because of his size but also his  know how of how to look after himself.
He is always polite and keeps his cool, that means that his temperament is sound and he has steady sound  nerves

It is so refreshing to see people getting all goo goo eyed over each other instead of pissing in each others soup behind thier backs.....working vs show....nope....not dragging me into that 1!

This topic ALWAYS flares personal opinion and emotions........
As a breeder/owner/competitor of "German Show Line dogs"..& the owner/co-owner of German Working line dogs....I am well aware of the "challenges" that our breed is facing.....in either bloodline.
There are great dogs in both SL & WL's.........neither bloodline is "better" than the other.
There are dogs that do not measure up to what this breed should be... in both bloodlines.
As a general....the SL dogs are never "considered/bred" for anything more than the shows, and breeders do not "ask" more from them than what is "required" from the SV.......ie....show ratings, hip/elbow certifications, korrungs & ScH titles....
As a general...the WL dogs are not "considered/bred" for anything other than the Sport of Schutzhund........as the advertisements in Germany exhibit.   This is the fault of everyone.
WE as enthusiasts must ask more from them........
This breed was created to be versatile....a "working breed" period.
I do not believe that SL dogs ALL have the proper nerves and structure, to be a "working dog".......just as I know that ALL, WL dogs do not........
We all have the liberty to compete or not....in the venues of our choice....with the German Shepherd dogs, that we choose to own.
The main goal should be to "breed sure, sound, healthy dogs".......that conform to the standard period.......
We have a long, hard road before us........we must push forward.
Trashing or "exterminating" one bloodline over the other, ....will not get us further in this breed.
A great German Shepherd dog is just that!........A GREAT GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG.

Whoa ... I think I heard the strumming sounds of Kumbaya all of a sudden. That was weird!  Long live the GSD, working and show lines.

Hi Bob,
I think Hans was referring to a different "Orry".  I do not think he meant Orry Von Haus Antverpa, but simply "Orry."  I could be wrong.
