We got a check yesterday for 150.00.... the mail as not ran yet today,

I must say after reading some of the SAD stories shared on this board and the IGNORENT owners of pets it makes feel so good knowing that I can always open this thread and get a good warm feeling.

So we are not yet to the cost of the surgery which is $1800 discounted. Please keep us advised so others may help. And, as noted, there will be follow-up care, medications etc. to consider. Thank you to everyone who is trying to help here.

I sent mine late, should be there tomorrow, small though it may be. At least there's enough already to cover the first eye! I think that's great news and hopefully, we'll all be able to send a bit more before the next surgery is scheduled.
