cage, I did not accuse you of saying it was  considered normal. What I said was intenionaly or not
it is implied that it is normal or at least common in S/L puppies and young adults. As for you having a working line dog that that was cowhocked, I do not doubt that one bit. But I highly doubt that you or anyone else here can show me cowhocked examples of working line or even back yard bred dogs in the same numbers or severity as the S/L dogs.

crhuerta, My post was meant to be sarcastic, but I guess I put some truth into the pile. What truly counts is that the woman who bought Natalie for $3,000 (some of you guys may think it's not a big deal, but when you actually work for your money it becomes a big deal) to end up getting a dog whos hocks are wobbling, and bouncing like a bunny. The dog was taken to a vet and the diagnose was extreme tarsus valgus (Cow hocked). The breeder (According to Iron Horse's post) told her that theirs "nothing wrong with the dog and that she was evaluated by a SV Judge.  And, that "The evaluation by your veterinarian is of no consequence to me."

I had no idea that being a licensed SV judge gives them far more superior right to dictate what is normal and what is not over the dogs structural development then a licensed vet who actually went to school to learn the proper structure of an animal while the SV judge probably never recieved any training whatsoever.

Iron Horse, Not sure where you live, but if you're close to Florida you can take Natalie to my vet office to get a second opinion. I would recommend Dr. Jon Dee who has been practicing animal medicine for over 40 years. He speicalizes in Orthopedic Surgery, Sports medicine and Radiology.

Hunger For Justice:

You have breeched the privacy laws of the website.  I invite you to view item #6 Under PDB Use and Content.  Your posts will be promptly removed.  As a lawer, or wanna be lawyer, of 20 years, you should have known better.  How many dogs have you owned or bred and for how long?  No one needs your penny candy advice or back alley legal assistance.  You obviously have a lot of time on your hands.  Because if you did/do have clients, you should be doing research on their cases and not spending your time on a website trying to drum up a little undeserved respect or business.  And good luck with that under a user name.  You have seen fit to attack me for what ever reason.  I DO NOT MISTREAT ANIMALS OR HUMANS.  HOW DARE YOU ASSUME THAT!   And by what definition do you call your attack on me?  Are you one of those bleeding heart animal lovers that only see the animal and not the situation.  PROOVE YOUR STATEMENTS!!!   I DARE YOU!!

YOU HAVE NO IDEA OF WHO I AM.  You jump to conclusions and make assumptions with little or no proof.  You are an idiot to say the least.  Natalee is well cared for and appreciated like any other animal at my facility.  And that reason has nothing to do with the issue under discussion.  Personal attacks will not be tolerated.  You have no reason to do so.  I can understand why you no longer are in practice, if you ever were.  Was your license to practice pulled by the bar for misrepresentation?  It would be adviseable for you to retract those posts.  Your IP address is easily obtained.

By the way, if you are/were an attorney, what school of law did you attend?  Because if you did, you must have been sick the day they lectured about "Liable".

Cage:    WRONG     WRONG     WRONG

Your link is Wrong, wrong, wrong.  I do not, nor never have, lived in Spokane, Washington.  So you did your homework, huh?  You get an F for content, and an F for doing your research properly.  This is proof that most of you responding don't know your *)@ from a hole in the ground.  Always looking to blame.  This person in Spokane obviously got what she/he deserved.  I do not even own 150 dogs!!!  I think an appology is due here.

All these negative texts against me are unfounded and exhagerated.  I am not the criminal here.  The video was not intended to portray any form of cruelty, except to show how severely cow hocked the dog is.  Nothing was done to purposely be cruel or inhumane.  And, I ask, is this not what is done in a show?   She was placed on blacktop in the month of April.  Not even close to being hot.  It was also done to show how her feet need to compensate for her movement.  This video was taken two days after she arrived.  What do you think???  The cruelty fairy visited her during the flight and turned her into what she is?  Get real!

The blame here is not mine.  It is totally and completely the fault of the breeder.  My only fault is that I did not fly to go and get her.  For many reasons, and frankly, none of anyone's business.   I bent to Mr. Henkel's insistence to "Just ship her."  I can tell you, if I had gone to see her in person, she would still be in the hands of Mr. Henkel, or some other unsuspecting buyer.  He knows what purpose she was purchased for.  I have another one of his dogs.  I had every reason to trust him.

I am tired of attempting to explain myself to a select few individuals on this website that think they know it all.  If you can't handle the heat, get out of the fire!  If you think blasting me makes you feel better.  Go right ahead.  But first, you should make sure your information is correct.  It is truly amazing how many people have soooo much time on their hands.  Me, I have a business to run, and a reputable one at that.

Not worth drama

by Dogcruisinmustang72 on 20 September 2011 - 19:09

Hello there I am new to this site I joined to get tips and info from breeders and knowledgeable  people. I happened to see the posting as I was just browsing threw the site and I saw the name. I almost bought a dog from von Whlhendorf  he had some high priced dogs and all I wanted was a companion and maybe to show  if I wanted to. After reading the postings and comments I can only say one thing I can see from Iron horse side that all he or she wants is there money back and to give the dog back for a refund. Witch is understandable it seems that the breeder didn’t want to do this and now it seems as though it has moved into a court . To me that could have been avoided if the refund had taken place. On another note me just recently joining and reading some of the comments WOW umm I think some of you need to read the agreement again. After reading  the comments I went and watched the video no where did I see the dog being abused nore  did the handler show any sighn of aggression towards the dog it seems to me that the video was just for showing what she or he got from this breeder. Also in these comments some of you go as far to give the persons name and the business and start posting links of news adds that none of us have any clue on if its really that person. How do we know do we know if its Iron Horse what state town etc he or she lives In . also that is also a rule that was broken you people start to bashed this person with little information on this. This site reminds me of High school its full of roomers. I can see the roomer starters right off the bat. You should be ashamed of your self how old are you people? Also links to a business  is also a rule that is broken. I mean come on really  you guys googled Iron Horse wow must be nice to sit at home all day I happen to be off today.  FYI the name Iron Horse is a very common name for any business threes a small trucking company down the street from me with that name. So how do we know there could be hundreds of breeders with that name on there business.  When I was looking for my dog who’s name is now Stang short for mustang I called this place had the same name but not the dog I was interested in because I accidentally closed my browser and had to fined him again. Moral of the story is how do we know who iron horse is they could just be a family bussniss??  Now we have a person a lawyer I believe he clamed that  what he was but he broke almost every rule buy doing what he said. And in some of these comments some of you start to turn on each other witch I found entreating getting way off topic LOL. Most of you on hear that post the most seem to be the annoying neighbor  that comes over and measures the height of your grass or something or says your driveway isn’t swept.  Morel of the story if you don’t have anything nice to say to say dont say anything at all. Big deal the owner of the dog posted this  and for some reason you people assume the dog is in a crappy facility how is that? because I see in the video the dogs on a black top sounded by green grass a nice fence and in the back you see what looks to be a deck being built on the house. How does that make you think the dogs in an abandon junk yard???? Some of you just need to turn off your computer and walk out side. But before you do that Read the Agreement.
