SP: like i said in my future post I will specifically address all parties involved, do you need an official apology?

beetree: thank you (i think)..LOL.. how are the bunnies?

by beetree on 20 August 2010 - 15:08

That's right, I get to say this for the second time today, something my mother told me over and over, "Did I ever tell you the world is fair?"

So get off the merry-go-round, and just reread your own posts and reflect on being true to yourself and stop worrying about all those other people.

I think the standard has always been the same for the most part. This place used to be much more strict and the members would tell you straight out if you posted even slightly off topic and everyone was treated the same.

One person uses all kinds of graphic sexual language and no one says a word but I do it and I get a new thread started so please tell me about this double standard I am interested to know more.

mudwick:

The post you put up of a earlier thread was uncalled for by Raymond in my opinion, And should be apologized for. It was unnecessary.

LF, You are welcome. And I think my bunnies have left the garden for the most part. I saw one yesterday in the horseradish, I startled him when I went to water...but they seem to have abandoned the nest. The good news is, I haven't found any bunny parts.

SP. if you are specifically looking for an argument you will have to find someone else to argue or to manipulate into dirt throwing, it did not work with me in PMs it won't work in public.. :) as you like to say "sorry love"... and I am so sorry that I do not jump all over your statements and manage to make my point w/o a single name calling or vulgar language, I do have a temper as any Greek would but I also have a skill of will power, too bad they don't offer classes on that I would have made a recommendation.. (I also enjoy witty remarks which lately you have been lacking, maybe its the lack of sleep...or possibly raymonds approach to discussions is rubbing off...i am not sure, so I will leave that one alone. )

Ladyfrost,

Nope just wanted to point this out to you after Mudwick posted what Raymond had posted as it looks like Raymond has a true double standard and he also appears to be very hypocritical as he called me out but IMO posted way more graphic language.

The believers,

Oh well I have all but given up here and it really does not matter what I feel or think. I see a lot of double standards people talk the meaning of life but let others walk around spewing the n word and talking crap. I see all these religious people make all these posts condemming others for not believing but they allow a supposed believer to act like this it is just unbelievable.

Instead of preaching to the people who want to believe there way spend some time straightening out the believers who are so hypocritical. See god loves all men white, black whatever we are all equal to him. So believers deal with the one who is a supposed believer but talks the most hate.

LF, Yes that is the irony, the bunnies were living in the fenced garden, LOL! It is kind of a long story... my DH proclaimed that the "garden was his this year"... (seems he thought he could do it better, and for some reason he was not much help to me last year.) So this year, I didn't do a damn thing with the vegetables and tended only the flowers.

He planted, mulched and pretty much abandoned the garden. Seems like weeding without a power tool is beyond him! Well, we got back from vacation, and I just couldn't take it anymore when It was hard to get at the tomatoes, for the weeds. And clearly our neglect was perfect for bunnies. (The dog has been trained to stay out of the garden, unless his ball lands in there, and then we tell him to jump over the fence and go get the ball. He loves that.)

So, now I have it properly weeded, and am trying to get some seeds in the ground for some fall crops. Next year I think he will realize the garden works best when we work together, and will appreciate my efforts more! LOL
