I'm agreeing w. ddr that in very extreme cases, extrene measures are neede. but these cases are 1 in 1000.
also let me add that these cases should be dealt w. by someone who is very experiened and knows what they are doing.
if an unexperienced persom tries these things they will do more harm than good.
