I do not think there should be government regulation on breeding, they screw everything up...It would be solely up to the breeder to decide if they sell under limited or full, like it is now.

Title the dog, get it health tested, and if its a healthy, capable working dog then start breeding after the registration is changed to full for meeting the contract requirements.

 

Astro, that was a question to the person who said regulations should prevent any inexperienced people from breeding dogs...a rediculous premise.

is this what this site is all about bickering . i taught it was a site to learn about dogs.
