What you missed was Jim's previous admission that he contacted someone in my area that alleges that they know me, and that I'm a racist. That tidbit of information was enough for Jim to announce on multiple threads that I am in fact, a racist. Pretty neat fellow, eh? Anyone that can do what he has done should not serve the public as an officer of the law IMHO
There is no such person that exist that knows me to make such a statement. Jim based the defamation of my character with his belief in this person, which was based obviously on my political posts.
What is peculiar is he has not once stated what he perceives to be a racist post by myself. Apparently how he feels about me and my political beliefs is good enough to inform all others that I'm a racist.
