I grew up with labs. I loved Shepherds my whole life. As I started to research them I learned about schutzhund and bought a GSD with the idea of maybe giving it a try. Well I am hooked now.

I am really sorry that people do not approve of me being 23- I guess you were never this age before.

And really, you people with 30+ years of experience had to start somewhere right? I am just getting a head start.

I liked coming on here to learn and look at photos, but I am really disgusted with the amount of people who just want to pick fights. And I am supposed to learn and look up to you people??? Don't think so!

Because of the truce, I read MM's post and she mentioned page 3.  I checked it out , and can only shake my head and ask "why"?   What was to be accomplished by all those errant threads, begun and abandoned?  They  did not knock that 40 page long Molly thread off the board, as it is on page 2, so what was the point?  < shaking head>

 

Nothing was to be accomplished. Just like nothing is to be accomplished by the fools that keep posting on all the other Molly threads......what is the point of those? They keep popping up everywhere, and people keep feeding them! So don''t jump all over me for making a joke, and "mocking" all of these people who thrive on the bullshit.

Was trying to get people to realize how ridiculous it is by also being ridiculous- you see it, Good. Now realize that the other threads are ridiculous as well!

maybe amanda should align herself with somebody with a better reputation and not involved in so many scandals instead of sitting in grafts whelping box getting bad advice on how to bash people graft doesnt like on this board? Politics are important in the dog business unfortunately. you will be judged by the company you keep Amanda. RUN and run FAST to somebody with a better history amd reputation than the one you got the puppy from. Good advice but you probably wont take it and will be sorry later. getting involved in this mess was a bad start in the sport for a beginner.

I am not aligning myself. Just happen to actually KNOW one of the parties involved, and that is more than most can say.


And I am not concerned about what you call a "bad start". You people on here that get involved are a fraction of the schutzhund world, and the people who are not on here are probably more dedicated to training, and I have made friends with plenty of these people.
And I am not truly a beginner....I have been training for 3 years now, but thanks! Not saying that is an extreme amount of time, but I didn't start yesterday.
