Jenni, glad you got to talk to the wifey. Fantastic! And she's a beautiful girl! Maybe a dated pict, but at almost 3, she'll bounce back from her weight gain.

Jenn, Congrats on the female, she is a super good looking girl. Glad she is going to a home she'll be cared for and appreciated for what she was bred to be. Would like to see her pedigree .

I have her in my living room now. I wanted to say thanks to all who helped out, and all who wished me well.
She is a VERY nice dog, which doesn't surprise me given the sire and dam and the breeder's assessment of her as a pup. She is heavy, but not obese. She weighs 77lbs, and she will probably be perfect around 65-70. Despite being heavy, she is in good shape; she is used to running 5miles per night, wears a weighted backpack most of the time to help tire her out, and she swims 2x week as well. So, my only real concern is that she may have damaged her hips from too much exercise w/extra weight on her. Fingers crossed!
She appears to have very solid temperament and is adjusting quickly for a soon-to-be 3yr old who's just left the only home she's ever known. She has great structure and it will look even better when she loses the extra padding. I need to see about getting her breed surveyed and have a show rating put on her. I haven't decided yet what direction I'm going to take her in. I need to get to know her a bit better first.
Anyway, here are a few pics for the people who asked.

Jen,
Good luck with her. She is a nice looking dog, what's the pedigree? If you posted that I missed it. I can see why you wanted her.

Thanks, Jim. I'll PM it to you. No need to turn the thread into anything other than what it was....
Ziegenfarm...we have plenty of snow. I had the back yard plowed so I could drive back to the pasture to feed the horses. Trust me, we had PLENTY! Around 14" last time...over 2 days. They had very good reason for giving her up, actually, once the whole story came out. None of it was her fault, of course, but it was definitelydone in her best interest.
