I too wish i had read these post prior to buying a pup from Kraftwerk. I felt that a man who built his career on the selling of GSDs must know his "kraft" well. His sires and dam certainly had all the credentials one would look for. I bought a pup from the L litter in January of this year at 13 weeks after having 4 weeks of "training". Upon arrival the pup was fearful, coward from people and other animals. My vet was afraid that he would be come a fear bitter and that I should have him trained right away.!!I [Which I did at an extra cost of 2,000.00 ]I felt the extra month he had at the kennel actually hindered his socialization and training. It took me another two month to properly house train him. From a health standpoint my vet found no problems to speak of. He has an extremely sensitive stomach but since this is my fourth GS it is less of a concern for me. Had I known of the internal strife at the kennel I would never have considered purchasing a pup from them and certainly not paid extra for training. At best the training was laughable, at worst, fraud.
