Has anyone used hypnosis for trying to stop smoking, weight loss, or anything else ??

Many have tried it to rid the board of trolls, but alas, it hasn't worked.

I have never used hynosis for anything, but I do know of someone that tried it in Memphis for smoking....It did work for a while, but they eventually started smoking again....

I worked with a man who had it done to stop smoking. He said it worked ! He said he never had another cigarette after being hypnotized.

I guess its all up to the individual person....Some are stronger than others...Some people can force themselves into doing anything, regardless of hypnosis or not...

I don't think that I could be hypnotized.....but I don't really know since I haven't tried.

I've watched a few hypnotism's, funny stuff, but would never let myself be hypnotized. No way.
